Can I use Ezoic Without AdSense? There are many businesses that enjoy using Ezoic to generate more revenue and increase profits. There has been a lot of growth in its popularity in the last few years, and people often turn to it when they need help with their advertising.
Both Ezoic and Google’s AdSense have many similarities, and that’s not without reason, because both are devoted entirely to advertising. Many users wonder if they can use Ezoic without AdSense, since AdSense is the backbone of Google’s entire advertising operation.
AdSense is not required to use Ezoic. In contrast with popular belief, users who believe that AdSense is required to use Ezoic on the same platform do not need to register with AdSense. Ezoic can be used independently of AdSense, so this is false.
When you use Ezoic and AdSense together, there are benefits. Throughout this article, we will take a closer look at how both Ezoic and AdSense work, how they complement each other, and whether to use Ezoic first or after AdSense. Now let’s get to it!
Is AdSense Required for Ezoic?
We have already mentioned that you do not need AdSense for Ezoic to function correctly. If you have AdSense, it will function just fine, but having both has some advantages.
Ezoic can access your Google AdSense account through your Ezoic account, and it will pull all the historical AdSense data from your account. This will enable Ezoic to create a baseline for the revenue from your website, and it will help Ezoic optimize your ad revenue.
In order to integrate Ezoic and start serving ads, however, you must apply for and be approved for the Google Ad Exchange. However, this shouldn’t be an issue as the process is simple and takes only a few minutes. You will likely be approved for this if you have already been approved for Ezoic, since Ezoic is a Google Certified Publishing Partner.
Since Ezoic is a Google Certified Publishing Partner, it is totally compliant with Google’s policies. This means that Ezoic only approves sites that comply with Google’s policies.
In order to meet Google’s requirements, you’ll have to meet the following ones (but they aren’t the only ones, so check them all out on Google’s site): no invalid clicks, no misleading links, no offering copyrighted content, no advertising counterfeit goods, reliable sources of traffic, no using automatically generated content, no creating empty pages with no original content.
There must be no copying of content from other sites, no keyword stuffing, no adult or harmful content, no promotion of alcohol or tobacco or other harmful products, no aggressive or threatening behavior, and no illegal activity.
To understand Ezoic, you must also understand that AdSense is an alternative. Despite their similarities, they are still rivals. This doesn’t mean that they cannot work together, but it definitely means they are rivals. Nevertheless, since Google owns the service as a whole, it’s only natural that Ezoic conforms to Google’s terms instead of the other way around.
How long does it take for AdSense to approve?
Google AdSense usually approves new accounts in about two weeks. In some cases, an account can be approved in as little as 24 to 48 hours, but this is not common because the account needs to be manually checked and often updated to Google’s requirements – so, two weeks is a superior estimate.
You can join Google AdSense for free, but your website must adhere to Google’s policies in order to be approved. This goes without saying, but you need to be an adult – it’s a business activity that requires money, so children aren’t permitted.
Along with fulfilling Google’s requirements, you can improve your chances of getting approved by having a site that’s at least 3 months old (or older), with a majority of articles, and with active traffic. AdSense code must be added to your website, and then approval must be obtained.
What are the benefits of using AdSense with Ezoic?
Since Ezoic is one of Google AdSense’s Certified Partner Programs, its users can enjoy many benefits not available with other programs. AdSense Certified Partner Program: This program greatly improves the optimization process and is highly recommended by most of the publishers using Ezoic.
By logging into your Publisher Dashboard and selecting Monetization->’Link Your AdSense Account’, you can join this program. Next, you need to enter your AdSense email and click on ‘Email Link’. The Google-host invitation will arrive by email from Google or will be provided by an Ezoic representative via a link.
When this option is enabled, Ezoic will be able to optimize testing using your existing AdSense account data. Ezoic’s system can calculate this baseline to improve ad revenue, so the algorithms aren’t completely blind. The process of optimization will therefore be accelerated.

Mediation App and Google AdSense: Can I use Ezoic Without AdSense?
As well as the Mediation App, Ezoic recommends that all users who wish to link Ezoic with AdSense also join the AdSense Certified Program. Meditation App will let you link your existing ad networks, including AdSense (hence the name). Meditation App sets up advertising networks to compete with Ezoic’s own ad partners, providing you with the best paying ads on your website.
Navigate to the Ezoic Dashboard and click on Monetization-> Enable mediation to use the app. After that, connect your existing advertising networks. You can do this by clicking ‘Display Ads’ and then ‘Add Network’ next to the name of the network you wish to connect to. Enter the username and password that you use for that site, and then click ‘Save’.
Through the AdSense Certified Program and Mediation App, you can gain a lot of benefits.
The advantages of using Ezoic are: you get the data directly from AdSense, you’ll have a baseline (which is essential to optimizing), you don’t have to worry about revenue share, you can remove the access at any time, reporting is pulled directly into Ezoic from AdSense, and DFP/ADX does not support all ad units (such as linking units), which increases your chances of success.
