Introduction: Samsung S10 features. This year Samsung has introduced an ultra-wide-angle camera that complements the regular and telephoto setups of last year’s Plus. And the same triple-module configuration will also be found on the smaller S10, unlike the S9 generation – where the vanilla model gets a downgraded single cam like it did in 2016. Even so, the S10 has a more miniature camera than the S10+. Yes, the S10+’s tandem shooter gets only one selfie camera.
There’s a similar split with display sizes – the S10 5G diagonal is the largest at 6.7 inches, with one of the other three having smaller screens. They’re all Infinity-O displays (punch holes for the front-facing cameras), Dynamic AMOLED (where does the ‘super’ go?), and HDR10 capable. Only the Galaxy S10e’s panel is flat and has a resolution of 1080p; the rest have curved edges and a resolution of 1440p.
Do you want to know about the Samsung S10 camera, Plus, lite, or 5g? Let’s start;
Samsung S10 camera
This year’s biggest news is that Samsung has finally added an ultra-wide-angle camera to its top models – in a Smartphone landscape where every manufacturer has something to offer from LG’s ultra-wide experience with the G5. is similar. It seems three years later.
We’re getting a flagship-grade triple camera setup headed by the tried and tested 12MP primary module with dual-pixel autofocus and stabilized dual-aperture lenses, telephoto, and ultra-wide cameras. The telephoto unit is again carried over from the previous model – a 12MP sensor with f/2.4 aperture and 52mm equivalent focal length behind a fixed lens.
Ultra Wide is an all-new 16MP shooter with a 123-degree field of view that differs from the A7/A9 models. That’s fixed focus, and while it’s relatively common among smartphones ultra-wide, it means the Huawei Mate 20 Pro is unmatched on paper – 20MP resolution plus autofocus.
The triple rear camera on the Galaxy S10 and S10+ is the same. If you opt for the smaller and cheaper Galaxy S10e, you’ll sacrifice the telephoto module.
While this means losing the ability to zoom in on distant subjects, it also means that Live Focus (portrait mode) shots will be taken with the relatively wide primary camera instead of telephoto, which is self-explanatory. It will be. Calculating Depth Data – Ultra-wide will not be part of this process.
There are differences on the front, though Samsung has the higher line here. While all three phones get the same 10MP primary selfie camera, only the S10+ is equipped with an additional module. However, it will only be an 8MP depth camera and not a standalone camera like, for example, the ultra-wide selfie shooter you’ll find on the Google Pixel 3.
Currently, the 10MP chief selfie module is still pretty remarkable. You can record a 4K video. You just that if you want better depth-detection selfies, you’ll need the Pulse’s secondary module.
The Galaxy S10+’s selfie camera gives you a weird choice between wide mode and not wide mode. This is misleading, as the wide one uses the entire sensor and takes 10MP selfies, while the tighter selfies only crop the center, and you get 6.5MP photos.

Oh, and even the competition that Internal offers seem like a compromise.
Of course, these are just initial impressions after seeing a few press releases and spending minutes with the Galaxy S10. More questions remain to be answered, including essential bits like daily usage, battery life, image quality, and more. In the meantime, you’ll be amazed.
